Registration open for 28th Annual Senior Sports & Arts Festival

Billings, MT — Registration for the 28th annual Senior Sports & Arts Festival, held May 13 - 19, 2013, is now available. The theme this year is “Lucky 13 – You can Bet on a Good Time.”

Over 21 events are open to anyone age 55 and older. Registration forms and a $6 registration fee are required by registration deadline Monday, May 6. The fee allows participation in all social or recreational events, although bowling, golf, tennis and wine tasting have additional fees.

The newest event this year, Zoo Montana Walking Tour, will be an hour-long guided adventure through Zoo Montana. Participants will meet the animals and have an opportunity to become a future volunteer. Other events include crafts & fine arts, bowling, bunco, bingo, golf, tennis, yahtzee, shanghai rummy, Wii bowling, rummmikub, fun walk, cribbage, bridge, scrabble, tai chi, and pinochle.

Each festival participant receives a gift from Billings Clinic Senior Life Partners plus has an opportunity to win certificates for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place in some of the festival events.
