Montana Women’s Run announces t-shirt design for 2017 run

Billings, MT – Every year, thousands of participants fill the streets of downtown Billings, wearing the current Montana Women’s Run t-shirt. This year, the streets will be filled with walkers and runners wearing the 2017 berry shirt.

The artwork for the shirt features flowers that are Bitterroot-shaped, in keeping with the Montana Women’s Run tradition. At first glance, the image is a bunch of flowers, tied together with a string bow. Flower stems are gathered together on both sides, forming a street or roadway down the center of the design. Brightly-colored “circles” travel up the roadway in a symbolic representation of an aerial view of Women’s Run participants during the event. The colored circles find their place at the center of the flowers—symbolizing a common goal of achieving health and well-being for women.
