Billings Clinic Leadership
Billings Clinic, the region's only integrated health care organization, is structured as a medical foundation, bringing together physician and hospital services to deliver coordinated, quality care.
A multi-specialty physician group practice is at the core of the foundation model. Organizational leadership is created through a partnership with physicians and business managers.
The community owned organization is governed by a volunteer board of directors made up of community members. Key internal decisions are made by the Operating Council which includes the Vice Presidents and six peer-elected physicians from the multi-specialty group practice.
