Billings Clinic offers a comprehensive benefits program as an important part of our overall compensation. Our goal is to continually offer and update our benefits program to be affordable and competitive in a changing market place to attract and retain the very best employees to serve our patients.

Medical

Billings Clinic currently provides a base plan at no cost to the full-time employee. We also offer a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) funded by Billings Clinic attached to the base plan. An additional plan is also available for employees to purchase additional coverage. Both plans are HMO options with provider networks.

Pharmacy

Our medical plan includes prescription benefit coverage and prescriptions can be filled at two locations on our campus with a mailing service available to employees who reside outside of Billings. The prescription benefit is included in both medical plans.

Dental

Preventive dental is included with the medical plan. Comprehensive dental which includes major services such as fillings, extractions, bridgework, dentures and crowns, can be purchased for you to cover you and your dependents.

Vision

A basic vision plan can be purchased by you to cover vision exams and money toward frames, lenses or contact purchases. Employees and their dependents can purchase discounted frames and lenses through the Billings Clinic Optical Shop.

Spending Accounts

We offer two types of spending accounts: health care and dependent care. Both allow you to pay certain expenses with pre-tax dollars.

Life Insurance/Long Term Disability

All employees are provided long-term disability insurance and life insurance with accidental death and dismemberment insurance at no cost. Additional long-term disability, supplemental life and dependent life insurance are available at the employee’s expense.

Retirement Plans

Billings Clinic provides a defined contribution pension plan and a 403(b) tax deferred savings plan with matching contributions. These plans offer employees the opportunity to save for their retirement years with a variety of investment options available.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Billings Clinic recognizes that mental well-being is connected to physical health. We offer employees and their eligible dependents, at no cost, four sessions of mental health related services through our confidential EAP program.

Paid Time Off/ Extended Medical

Billings Clinic recognizes an employee's need to balance work and family life. Billings Clinic provides a paid time off system which affords employees the opportunity to have time off with pay. In addition Billings Clinic provides an extended medical plan which provides employees with days to use in the event of an extended illness or injury.
