Medical oncology and hematology is the specialty of internal medicine that provides for the treatment of cancer and various blood disorders.
The team at Billings Clinic Cancer Center consists of five full-time medical oncologists/hematologists who specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of cancers including breast, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, head and neck, hematologic, central nervous system, skin, and lung cancers.
Through a collaborative, team approach, our physicians work to provide state-of-the-art care based upon an individual’s diagnosis and specific treatment needs.

Currently, four of our oncologists practice in Billings and provide outreach services to six different communities throughout Montana and North Dakota including Glasgow, Sidney, Glendive, Miles City, Livingston, and Williston. In addition, we also have a full-time oncologist in Cody, Wyoming who provides outreach services to Thermopolis and Worland, Wyoming.
At any given time, our medical oncologists have access to over 100 different clinical trials for the treatment of different cancer diagnoses through our membership in the Montana Cancer Consortium, a NCI Community Oncology Research Program (NCORP), as well as various partnerships with industry sponsors.
