Pre-Registration Form

This series of 3 training camps includes Strength Training technique; Speed, Power, Agility, and Quickness training; & Core Strengthening exercises specific to the sport of baseball. Session 3 will also include a 4 week throwing program to build arm strength prior to the season starting. Camp 1: November 6- December 18; Camp II: January 6-February 12; Camp III: February 16-March 13.

ACL Injury Prevention & Athletic Enhancement Camp For Females

6-week training program specifically designed to decrease ACL injuries and enhance jump performance.

Baseball Player Prospect Camp - Hitter's Club

Hitting, pitching, infield, outfield, catching, throwing, and baseball running. SPARQ testing from Billings Clinic Orthopedics and Sports Medicine staff.

Baseball Specific Training Camps

Billings Bulls Pre Season and Skills Development Hockey Camp (August)

Dry Land Training provided by professional certified strength and conditioning specialists from Billings Clinic Orthopedics and Sports Medicine staff. 

Boot Camp

In this 8-session “camp,” experience the ultimate physical fitness class. 

Dwan Edwards Elite Football Camp (June)

Dwan Edwards is the defensive tackle for the NFL’s Baltimore Ravens. Billings Clinic Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is proud to provide certified athletic trainers who work in conjunction with Dwan and his staff. Hitter's Club Pitchers/Catchers Camp

Ages 9-18. Camp Instructors: Greg Steffanich, Nolan Lagaly, and Art Lagaly of Hitter’s Club, Inc. & area college coaches. Players will work on pitching and catching techniques to enhance your game. A Dartfish Pitching Analysis CD is included in the cost of the camp. For more information, contact Greg Steffanich at 406-670-7320.

Hockey Specific Training (Team & Individual Training Sessions by Appointment)

This six-week training program is specifically designed to give hockey athletes the competitive edge they need to succeed. 

Marathon Training Sessions

Sessions include Hip Strengthening and Injury Prevention, Core/Low Back Strengthening, Yoga for Runners, Upper Body Strengthening, Pilates for Runners, Lower Body Plyometrics.  

Pre-Season Basketball Camp

This 8-week strength and training camp will help you get ready for this year’s tryouts.

Run Strong Clinic

Eight weeks of strength & conditioning training, along with injury prevention information and exercises, for runners of every level. Run Strong. Train Smart.

Speed, Agility and Quickness Camp (SAQ)

Learn the fundamentals of Speed, Agility, & Quickness. (This camp is held 1 x/week on Sundays).

Speed and Power Camp

Six-week (High School) or four-week (Junior High) training specifically designed to increase overall speed and power.  Get the edge in all your sports by improving the one thing no athlete can do without - SPEED. 

Sports Specific Training Camp

Do you want to run faster, jump higher, throw further and hit harder? Here's your opportunity! For young athletes interested in learning the fundamentals and techniques to make them a better athlete. This camp is sponsored by Billings Clinic, Sports Plex, and Billings Parks and Recreation. 

Youth Specific Training Sessions

Athletes will learn in a fun, competitive and challenging environment.
