Our Media Relations team is here to assist with interview requests, fact-checking, photography, and video needs, as well as to connect you with the right experts for your story.

Media Guidelines

To help us respond quickly and effectively, please follow these guidelines when working with Billings Clinic:

  1. Media Inquiries
    • All requests for interviews, patient stories, or access to Billings Clinic facilities must go through our Media Relations team. Please allow adequate lead time for scheduling interviews or filming.
  2. Patient Privacy
    • Billings Clinic is committed to protecting patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and other privacy laws.
    • No photography, videography, or patient interviews may occur without prior written consent coordinated through our team.
  3. On-Site Visits
    • All reporters, photographers, and camera crews must be escorted by a Media Relations representative while on Billings Clinic property.
    • Media badges will be issued for identification during your visit.
  4. Expert Interviews
    • We will work to connect you with the most appropriate expert for your topic. Please provide details about your deadline, topic, and questions when making your request.
  5. Use of Billings Clinic Images & Logos
    • Logos, images, and video footage provided by Billings Clinic are for media use only and may not be altered without permission.
