Wheatland Memorial Healthcare and Billings Clinic formalize management services agreement
Billings, MT— Wheatland Memorial Healthcare Board of Directors has voted to enter a formal management services agreement with Billings Clinic. Effective January 1, 2014, Billings Clinic will provide management services for Wheatland Memorial Healthcare and will employ the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mike Zwicker. Management services available through the contract include operations, accounting and financial planning including budgeting, strategic planning, quality and safety, physician recruitment, and other services.

Wheatland Memorial Healthcare is looking forward to working with Billings Clinic to enhance our Vision Statement of quality healthcare close to home. We anticipate that our interactions with Billings Clinic will enhance operational excellence with the benefit of improved quality healthcare and patient service.”
Wheatland Memorial Healthcare is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital (CAH) and rural health clinic in Harlowton, Montana and is a public, non-profit organization. Wheatland Memorial Healthcare serves the communities of Wheatland County and Golden Valley County along with portions of Sweet Grass, Meagher, and Fergus counties. Services provided by Wheatland Memorial Healthcare include inpatient hospital, emergency room, laboratory, radiology, physical therapy, outreach services, telemedicine and a rural health clinic.
Wheatland Memorial Healthcare joins ten other health care organizations in Montana and Wyoming that are affiliated with Billings Clinic which is based in Billings, Montana. Billings Clinic has formal affiliation relationships with Pioneer Medical Center in Big Timber, Colstrip Medical Center, Glendive Medical Center, North Big Horn Hospital in Lovell, Wyoming, Daniels Memorial Health Care in Scobey, Beartooth Billings Clinic in Red Lodge, Stillwater Billings Clinic in Columbus, Livingston HealthCare, Roundup Memorial Healthcare, and Sheridan Memorial HealthCare in Plentywood.
