Billings Clinic Foundation offers Health Career Scholarships

Billings, MTBillings Clinic and Billings Clinic Foundation are pleased to offer a variety of scholarship opportunities to students interested in pursuing a career in health care. 

Billings Clinic Foundation Health Career Scholarships are only open to high school seniors or students currently enrolled in an accredited technical school, college or university located in Montana or Wyoming.  Eligible applicants must be a resident of Montanan or Wyoming and have plans to, or have graduated from, an accredited high school located in Billings Clinic’s service area.  Applicants must be pursuing a course of study that will lead to a career in health care. 

Awards for health career scholarships will vary from $500 to $1000 per year. 

Billings Clinic Work Commitment Scholarships are only open to students who are within one to two years of their degree completion and currently enrolled in an accredited technical school, college or university.Residents of all states are invited to apply and the geographic location of the school is not a consideration.

Work commitment scholarships are available only in the following health care fields: LPN, BSN RN, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Respiratory Therapy, Pharmacy Technician, Rehabilitation (Occupational/Physical/Speech Therapy), Laboratory (Medical Technologist/Histology/Cytology), Ultrasound/Sonography, and Surgical Technician.

Awards for work commitment scholarships will be granted up to $3000 per year.

    This one hour session will provide you the information you need to see if Lifestyle Balance is right for you. The 12 month journey will begin the end of January.Lifestyle Balance is the National Diabetes Prevention Program focusing on reducing your risk of type 2 diabetes through losing weight and becoming more active. The first 16 weeks you will meet weekly, followed by bi monthly and monthly sessions. The program is 12 months in duration.
