Billings Clinic hosts Know Your Headache Lunch and Learn

Billings, MT— Billings Clinic invites the public to a free lunch and learn presentation about common types of headaches, symptoms and current treatments. The event will take place Wednesday, April 22, 2015 from noon- 1 p.m. at the Mary Alice Fortin Health Conference Center. Larry Scharfe, PA, with the Billings Clinic Neurosciences Department will answer questions and discuss what people need to know about headaches.
According to the World Health Organization, headache disorders are among the most common disorders of the nervous system. It has been estimated that nearly half of all adults have had a headache at least once within the last year. During the lunch and learn, Scharfe will discuss the types of headaches that are serious and when to seek medical care.
