Rain, Snow or Shine… Come Get Started for the Montana Women’s Run

Getting Started Clinics March 14 – May 2

Billings, MT Ladies, has the cold weather left your exercise program in the dust – or mud? The Montana Women’s Run has the answer for you. Come join other women to warm up your cold muscles at “Getting Started” every Monday from March 14 – May 2, 2016 starting at 5:30 pm at the outdoor track at Rocky Mountain College (RMC) and at Lockwood School.

The “Getting Started” clinics will help you get in shape with instructor-lead exercise and stretching techniques in plenty of time for the big run. Each Monday the FREE clinic will take place at 5:30 p.m. in Billings on the RMC outdoor track, or in case of inclement weather, inside the RMC Fortin Center, and in Lockwood at the school. Archie Cochran Ford is the sponsor of the Getting Started Clinics.

The 35th Montana Women’s Run takes place on May 7, 2016. For more information, to register online, or to learn about Getting Started Clinics in other communities, go to www.womensrun.org or call the hotline at 255-8488. The Montana Women’s Run promotes women’s health and fitness, with proceeds benefitting local women’s services and scholarships.
