Billings Clinic's Orthopedics, Sports Medicine SST Program, and Granite Health + Fitness' Elite Sports Performance join forces as Elite SST

Logo for the ELITE SST programBillings, MT—Billings Clinic Orthopedics and Sports Medicine's Sports Specific Training program, SST, and Granite Health + Fitness' Elite Sports Performance have joined together to form Elite SST. This partnership creates the most comprehensive athletic and sports performance training in the region, with Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists, Physical Therapists, PhD and Master's certified strength coaches, and Athletic Trainers. 

Both programs have been providing quality athletic and sports performance training to local and area athletes and share the common goal of providing the very best training, from youth to collegiate athletes.  With a combined mission to create faster, more agile, more explosive athletes, this collaboration offers expanded opportunities to improve individual performance and overall team training.

Elite SST will offer services at two Billings locations:  Granite Health + Fitness Sport at 3838 Ave. B and the Granite Health + Fitness Elite Studio at 1323 Main Street.

Elite SST will continue to provide ongoing sports performance camps throughout the year and will continue ongoing work with sport specific and team training sessions. To be eligible for the program you must be at least 18 years of age, BMI greater than 24 and be at risk for type 2 diabetes or cardiovascular disease. Lifestyle Balance is a comprehensive year long program focusing on nutrition, physical activity, and behavior modification to help you loose at least 7% of your body weight.
