Saturday Live at Pioneer Park September 22, 2018
(August 30, 2018) Billings, MT - The largest school carnival in the region makes its annual appearance at Pioneer Park Saturday, September 22, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday Live is an all-day outdoor carnival to benefit the thirty-nine Billings area public schools and the Education Foundation for Billings Public Schools, an independent, non-profit foundation established to enhance education opportunities. There is fun for the entire family at Saturday Live, including lively games, imaginative booths, food, and live entertainment.
The legends of Saturday Live such as the Haunted House and the Troll Bridge will be enticing screams from Saturday Live goers again this year, along with other favorites such as face painting, a climbing wall, rubber duck races, Nerf games, big slide, obstacle course, fishing pond, and hay rides. Enjoy messy fun with the pie eating contest between the three high schools at 12:30 p.m. on the main stage.
In addition to the carnival, the 11th Annual Fun Run, sponsored by Billings Clinic Kids, will be held at 9 a.m. All are welcome to run or walk a two mile course on Wendy's Field at Daylis Stadium. Saturday Live offers FREE Shuttle Service at two locations. Park at the MSU Billings parking lot on Virginia Lane and Rimrock Road or the Billings Clinic parking lot on N. 30th Street and 9th Ave. N. The shuttle drops carnival goers at the Zimmerman Center on the west side of Pioneer Park. The shuttles run every 15 – 20 minutes throughout the day.
