Appointments can be obtained at Billings Clinic by dialing 406-238-2501 or 800-332-7156 or by scheduling an appointment online. Online scheduling is available with select providers at this time. Appointments can also be made for limited departments through PatientConnect.
Appointment Reminder Service
Every year, many patients miss their appointments because they forget when they are. Text messages and automated reminder calls significantly help patients remember their appointments and reduces the number of missed appointments.
Many departments use the appointment reminder service. You will have the option to receive an appointment reminder when you schedule an appointment.
Most of these reminders will be sent 2 business days prior to the appointment. Our time frame to contact you for appointment reminders will be from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.

Text Message Reminders
If you choose the text option you will receive a text message. You will be given options to confirm or cancel your appointment. The information that will be included is the appointment date and time.

Automated Reminder Calls
You have the option to choose home phone or cell phone. You will be given options to confirm or cancel your appointment. If you do not answer your call, a message will be left on you voicemail. The information included on these calls is the appointment date and time, provider name and location.

How do I opt out from receiving text messages?
Text 'Help' when you receive the text message and you will get instructions on how to stop this service. Remember, you will need to opt back in if you choose to receive a text reminder for your next appointment.
Instead of opting out of receiving text messages you can simply request to receive a phone call or no reminder at all at the time your appointment is made.
How do I opt back in if I have opted out of the text message option?
