COVID-19 Vaccination Information

Beginning Monday, March 8, we will be moving into PHASE 1B+ of the state's vaccine distribution plan. If you meet any of the eligibility requirements below, you can now schedule an appointment for your COVID-19 vaccine. Please call 406-603-4524 to schedule.   • Persons aged 60 years and older
  • American Indians and other people of color who may be at elevated risk for COVID-19 related complications
  • Persons aged 16-59 with medical conditions not included in Phase 1B who may be at elevated risk for COVID-19 related complications.
Qualifying medical conditions include: 
  • Asthma (moderate to severe)
  • Cancer
  • Cerebrovascular disease (affects blood vessels and blood supply to the brain)
  • Chronic kidney disease
  • COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease)
  • Cerebrovascular disease (affects blood vessels and blood supply to the brain)
  • Down Syndrome
  • Heart conditions, such as heart failure, coronary artery disease, or cardiomyopathies
  • Immunocompromised state (weakened immune system) from blood or bone marrow transplant, immune deficiencies, HIV, solid organ transplant, use of corticosteroids, or use of other immune weakening medicines
  • Liver disease
  • Pulmonary fibrosis (having damaged or scarred lung tissues)
  • Neurologic conditions, such as dementia
  • Severe Obesity (BMI ≥ 40 kg/m2)
  • Sickle cell disease
  • Thalassemia (a type of blood disorder)
  • Type 1 & 2 Diabetes mellitus
On a case by case basis, medical providers may include individuals with other conditions that place them at elevated risk for COVID-19 related complications.

Vaccination Phases

    To help prevent the spread of COVID-19 we’ve made immediate changes to our procedures and policies.

    • We ask that everyone enter through our ER entrance. Our team members are performing quick screenings of patients and employees for temperature, respiratory symptoms, and travel history.

    • We are not taking walk-in appointments. Please call (406) 266-4670 to speak with a member of our team for direction on where to seek care.

    • We are not allowing additional visitors to accompany patient appointments. If you need special accommodations, please call and visit with our staff before your visit.

    • Minors may have 1 adult accompany them to their appointment. If you need special accommodations, please call and visit with our staff before your visit.

    We are now offering online Virtual Care Visits, from the comfort of your home, for minor medical issues, primary care visits, and some specialty care. Learn more about this exciting new service.

    Scheduled appointments are encouraged but walk-in and same day care visits are welcome. The Broadwater Wellness Clinic is located on the second floor of the hospital. Easiest access to the clinic is to enter the hospital on Second Street through emergency room doors.
