We offer care for flu, coughs, colds, sprains, ear aches, sore throats, and other minor illnesses and injuries. On site x-ray and 24 hour lab access is available, plus the added resources of over 50 specialty departments of the Billings Clinic. If you have visited Billings Clinic in the past, your Billings Clinic computerized medical record is already at the UrgentCare Downtown and SameDay Care locations. When you walk in, we know you and we're ready to care for you.
Urgent Care Downtown Billings Services
Reserve your spot in line at Urgent Care to receive treatment for illnesses and injuries including:
Acute Conditions and Injuries:
- Sprains and strains
- Fractures
- Minor burns and cuts requiring stitches (laceration repair)
- Insect bites or stings
- Mild to Moderate Abdominal Pain
- Testicular Pain
- Urinary Tract Infections
- Back Pain
- Migraines
- STI screening
- Illnesses requiring lab panels or IV fluids/medications
- Conditions requiring X-ray, CT scans, or ultrasound
Common Respiratory Illnesses
- Flu, colds, and coughs
- Sore throats and strep throat
- Ear infections
- Mild asthma attacks or bronchitis
- Allergies or mild allergic reactions
- Rashes and skin infections
- Vomiting/diarrhea
- Fevers (especially in children)
Life-threatening concerns or severe conditions, including stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, or chest pain, will be immediately triaged to the Emergency Department.
Billings Clinic's Emergency and Trauma Center is always open.
If you are experiencing any of these conditions, call 911 and go to the Emergency & Trauma Center:
- Chest pain
- Trouble breathing
- Stroke symptoms
- Severe abdominal pain
- Excessive bleeding
- Severe pain for any reason
- Any other potentially life-threatening condition
