How much will the first appointment cost?
Insured patients
When you make your first appointment our intake coordinator will get your insurance information. We will check on your fertility benefits and let you know your coverage. Most insurance covers the first diagnostic visit.
You can expect to pay your co-pay at check in.
Uninsured patients
The first 60-minute appointment often includes an office visit, ultrasound, and blood work. The providers spend time reviewing any records prior to the appointment so time spent with you is informative for all parties. Ultrasound and blood work are often performed. For the full 45-minute appointment, ultrasound and blood draw the charge will be $1001.00. This does not include lab charges or if a longer appointment is required.
Payment is due at the time of service.
How do I know if I have fertility benefits?
Benefit Verification

How much does IVF cost?

That information coupled with your fertility benefits will be needed to give you an accurate picture of what to expect financially.
What if I don't have insurance or fertility benefits?
