Vascular Imaging and Diagnostic Testing
Billings Clinic Vascular Surgery uses high quality imaging and diagnostics to evaluate all vascular conditions. We perform many imaging tests in the office on the same day as your appointment.
- Noninvasive Vascular Testing
- Our technologists use advanced ultrasound imaging to create accurate images of your veins and arteries to view blockages, narrowings, clots and flow disorders.
- Pressure doppler studies tell us how your blood vessels are functioning
- Anatomic Vascular Testing
- Computed tomography angiogram (CTA) – we inject contrast dye into your vein and take cross sectional imaging of your blood vessels
- Magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) – Magnetic fields produce detailed images of your blood vessels
The images help our specialists evaluate circulatory disturbances involving blood flow to the brain, intestines, kidneys, arms, hands, legs and feet. At Billings Clinic, we believe in using the most up to date, least invasive methods possible; ensuring that you receive the best care with the lowest risk.
