Our orthopedic specialists are here when you need us, with comprehensive orthopedics and sports medicine care for patients of all ages. Billings Clinic Orthopedics & Sports Medicine offers onsite physical and occupational therapy, radiology and pre-admission testing, and a comprehensive team of orthopedic physicians/orthopedic surgeons with direct access to collaborative specialty care throughout our organization. As an integrated hospital and clinic, we have a team approach to care, with one electronic medical record for each patient and coordinated appointments.

Orthopedic Oncologist Julia Quirion, MD
Dr. Quirion completed an orthopedic trauma fellowship in Auckland, New Zealand, where she also worked with the New Zealand Sarcoma Center. She moved to Montana to start the orthopedic oncology program at the Billings Clinic and provide comprehensive musculoskeletal cancer care to the community.
Dr. Quirion has an interest in global surgery and has worked with local physicians in Zimbabwe, Malawi, and Burundi.

Referrals are welcome and we believe that your input as a referring doctor is essential to providing quality health care and patient satisfaction. Billings Clinic Provides Regional Sports Medicine, Orthopedic Services
Women’s athletics has a rich and long-standing tradition in Montana and is a point of pride for many Montanans. With 2,172 points, Shannon Schweyen (formerly Shannon Cate) scored more than any woman or man in Montana basketball history. Alice Ritzman of Kalispell earned over $1 million on the LPGA Tour between 1978 and 1998. Most recently, Billings Skyview’s Breanna Williams repeated as Gatorade Montana Girls Basketball Player of the Year.
