Conditions We Treat
Rely on us for care of a wide range of injuries.
Arthritis
Arthritis is joint pain and stiffness from wear and tear or an overactive immune system. You might benefit from wrist joint fusion, total wrist replacement, or thumb carpometacarpal (CMC) arthroplasty.
Broken Wrist or Broken Radius
This crack or break in one of the bones in your forearm or wrist sometimes happens after a fall. You may need broken wrist surgery, a metal plate, or wrist pinning surgery to help it heal.
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Nerve pressure in your wrist causes numbness or tingling in your hand. Visit us if you’re looking for caring carpal tunnel doctors near you.
De Quervain's Tenosynovitis
This painful swelling of tendons happens on the thumb side of your wrist. You may need De Quervain’s tenosynovitis surgery if occupational therapy doesn’t help.
Ganglion Cysts
These bumps on your wrist or hand are filled with fluid. Ask us about the removal of a ganglion cyst on the wrist or volar wrist ganglion surgery.
Scaphoid Fracture
A small, broken wrist bone may not heal easily. You might need scaphoid fracture surgery, a bone graft, or even scaphoid removal.
SLAC (Wrist Arthritis)
Scaphoid lunate advanced collapse (SLAC) is a type of arthritis that happens after a ligament injury. You may need four-corner arthrodesis or wrist fusion to reduce pain and improve your abilities.
TFCC Tear
A triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC) injury happens on the pinky side of the wrist. Your treatment options may include a TFCC operation or ulnar wrist surgery.
Torn Ligaments or Tendons
These soft tissue injuries can cause pain and weakness. Talk to your doctor about tendon rupture and a torn tendon in wrist surgery.
Treatments & Procedures
Whenever possible, treatment starts with nonsurgical options. These require less downtime and have a lower risk of side effects than surgery. But if surgical care is your best path forward, rest assured you’ll be in skilled hands.
