Beads of Courage® is an intervention program Billings Clinic participates in to support children coping with cancer and blood disorders. The program uses colorful beads to help children tell their treatment stories. Each bead represents a different treatment and symbolizes their courage throughout the experience. This program reduces children’s treatment stress and fosters connections with their healthcare care team.

The Kelker's Kids fund through the Billings Clinic Foundation supports children with cancer by helping with non-medical needs, such as travel costs.
