Registration Information - Your First Visit

When you are a new patient at Billings Clinic, we will require some detailed information prior to your appointment. Please come 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment. Medicare patients can expect to complete several forms health care providers must obtain on behalf of Medicare, so you may want to allow additional time. 

Insurance

If you have insurance, please bring your insurance card(s) when you come to your appointment. If your insurance requires a co-payment, we will collect that at the time of service. If you are paying for your services yourself, we require payment at the time of service.

If you are insured, but do not bring your insurance card, your account will be set up to bill services to you until we receive a copy of your insurance card.

Billings Clinic accepts most insurance plans so there is a good chance that your physician and hospital insurance coverage is welcome here. Our Insurance Finder shows you which insurance plans Billings Clinic accepts.
