Billing Resources
Patients who receive care at Billings Clinic in Billings, Bozeman, Cody, Miles City, and West Yellowstone can access their billing information through the PatientConnect Online Bill Pay Portal. With the portal, you will be able to:
- View your bill
- View financial details of each visit from the last 2 years that has a balance
- View all accounts for which you are the responsible party
- Set up a payment plan
- View payment history for payments made via the portal (does not include payments made via the former Online Bill Pay application)
- Learn how you can receive a prompt pay discount on your bill
- View financial assistance information
- View current and past statements
To create an account, you will need the following (you will need to create a separate account from your online Medical Record portal):
- An Encounter Number with a balance, which can be found on your most recent paper statement or letter
- Your date of birth
- A valid email address
