You can download the complete price list for all services in an Excel spreadsheet. Please be advised that this list is current as of the time of posting, however, charges are subject to change. Access a list of standard changes for each diagnosis-related group (DRG) established under section 1886(d)(4) of the Social Security Act can be accessed . This list was arrived at by using historical averages. Individual charges may vary depending upon many factors – including, but not limited to, your physician’s treatment choices, actual services rendered, complications and your particular health care needs. Note that the file contains information for only those DRGs where Billings Clinic has an estimated volume of 25 or more cases per year. The average contained within the file is computed using a geometric mean calculation.

Additionally, we can assist you in pricing those services you require, with a simple decision tree process. You will also have the option to check your insurance participation status.
