Our Communities

Billings, MT

Nicknamed the Magic City, Billings is the largest city in Montana. Located on the Yellowstone River, Billings is known for the rimrocks, which are 300-to-800-foot sandstone formations. With a population of about 167,000 people, Yellowstone County offers a mixture of both urban and rural amenities, including an active downtown with live music, wonderful restaurants, and more than 50 miles of running, biking and hiking trails surrounding the city.

Bozeman, MT

Located in the Rocky Mountains, the City of Bozeman has a population of just under 60,000. With a beautiful, thriving downtown and a host of wonderful events throughout the year to bring the community together, Bozeman offers something for everyone. Bozeman sits between the Bridger Range, to the north, and the Spanish Peaks, to the south. Bozeman offers a wide range of outdoor activities, access to several rivers within a short drive and has three major downhill ski areas from a half hour to an hour drive. Bozeman is home to Montana State University and the MSU Bobcats!

Cody, WY

Located in northwest Wyoming, Cody is located near the east entrance to Yellowstone National Park and along the Shoshone River. With a population of 10,000, Cody is a thriving tourist community with hundreds of thousands of visitors annually.

Columbus, MT

Columbus is the county seat of Stillwater County and is the hub for just under 10,000 people. Just 40 miles west of Billings, Columbus offers a quiet community and is known for its many recreational activities. Columbus is a gateway to the Absaroka-Beartooth Mountains and a fishing paradise.

Miles City, MT

With a population of approximately 8,500, Miles City was once the horse trading and livestock center of the country. Miles City is known for its annual Bucking Horse Sale and rodeo. Located on the Yellowstone River, Miles City is about two hours east of Billings and is home to Miles Community College.

Townsend, MT

Located 30 miles southeast of Helena, Townsend is the county seat of Broadwater County and home to just under 2,000 people. Townsend sits between the Elkhorn Mountains to the west and the Big Belt Mountains to the east, and nearby Canyon Ferry reservoir offers excellent recreation.
