This year's Classic Raffle offers the chance to win one of two remarkable prizes - a Diamond Riviera Necklace or a 7-night Hawaiian Aloha Getaway. Every ticket purchased brings us closer to an expanded Emergency Department for every patient and family who turns to Billings Clinic in their greatest time of need.

Proceeds from the raffle support the expansion of Billings Clinic's Emergency Department — the heart of our trauma care. It is where every advance we have made comes together, where patients in crisis first arrive, where lives are stabilized in the most critical moments, and where our caregivers translate innovation into immediate, lifesaving action.

Expanding the ED is the most essential step to bringing the Trauma Campaign's full impact to life for every patient and family who turns to Billings Clinic in their greatest time of need.

How the Raffle Works

• Purchase your tickets online below, through our Handbid platform, or in person at the Foundation with cash or check.
• 1 ticket for $20 or 6 for $100. 
• Winners will be drawn August 26.

Proceeds benefit emergency care for our region This raffle is conducted by Billings Clinic Foundation, a not-for-profit 501 (c)(3) organization. Ticket sales close Sunday, August 16, 2026. Drawing will be held Thursday, August 20, 2026. Need not be present to win. No exchanges or returns please. Winner is responsible for prize taxes.
