This class will focus on vegetable side dishes. We will make several recipes, and discuss different ways to prepare and eat vegetables as a family.
Lifestyle Balance is the National Diabetes prevention program focusing on reducing your risk of type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease. To be eligible for the program you must be at least 18 years of age, BMI greater than 24 and be at risk for type 2 diabetes or cardiovascular disease. Lifestyle Balance is a comprehensive year long program focusing on nutrition, physical activity, and behavior modification to help you loose at least 7% of your body weight.
