    This one hour session will provide you the information you need to see if Lifestyle Balance is right for you. The 12 month journey will begin the end of January.Lifestyle Balance is the National Diabetes Prevention Program focusing on reducing your risk of type 2 diabetes through losing weight and becoming more active. The first 16 weeks you will meet weekly, followed by bi monthly and monthly sessions. The program is 12 months in duration.

    One-hour, weekly sessions for four weeks that focus on increasing awareness and understanding of emotional eating, alternatives to feeding your emotions, and developing an action plan with new strategies for managing emotions.
