About Billings Clinic Bozeman Pediatrics

COVID-a9

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information

Caring for your kiddos is our number one priority. To help prevent the spread of COVID-19 we’ve made immediate changes to our procedures and policies.

  • We are not taking walk-in appointments. Please call 406-522-5437 to speak with a member of our team for a same day appointment.
  • Pediatric patients may have one adult accompany them to their appointment.  If you need special accommodations, please call and visit with our staff before your visit.

We are calling and rescheduling many appointments and working hard to put systems in place to offer online visits, from the comfort of your home, in place of in-person visits.

  • If you’re interested in a virtual visit for your child, please call 406-522-5437 and our team will help assess whether a video visit is the best option to meet their health care needs.
  • If your child develops any respiratory symptoms such as cough, shortness of breath, or fever prior to a scheduled appointment, please call 406-522-5437 for additional instruction before their appointment.

As we all learn to practice social distancing during this time, we are constantly working on ways to better serve your family. If you have questions or concerns, please call us at 406-522-5437.

If your child has symptoms associated with COVID-19 including a fever, cough. and/or shortness of breath AND you have recently:

  • Returned from international travel within the past 14 days OR
  • Returned from an area in the U.S. with COVID-19 community-spread transmission OR
  • Been in close contact with any confirmed COVID-19 person

Please call 406-522-5437 for additional instructions.

  • Prescription for Reading

When you read with your child, you help them build literacy skills that set them up for success in school and life. That’s why Billings Clinic Bozeman Acorn Pediatrics is a program site for Reach Out and Read. During well-child visits, you’ll learn ways to look at books and talk about stories with your baby, toddler, or preschooler. And your little one will get a book to take home and keep.

  • New Patients

Looking for a pediatrician? Schedule a free “meet the doctor” visit at Billings Clinic Bozeman Acorn Pediatrics. During this appointment, you’ll have time to get to know us, learn about our approach to care, and see our facilities—so you can decide if our practice is the right fit for your family.

  • Medication Safety

Protect your child’s health by making sure you give them the right type and amount of medicine for their pain, fever, or other symptoms. Download our acetaminophen and ibuprofen dosage guide [PDF] to see how much medicine to give your child based on his or her weight. Always check with your pediatrician before giving medicine to a child under two years old.
