Current Residents

Madison Barker, PharmDMadison Barker, PharmD (Acute Care Setting)

Madison is from Indiana, Pennsylvania. She completed both her pre-pharmacy coursework and pharmacy school at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

During pharmacy school, Madison worked as a pharmacy intern at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) St. Margaret Hospital, where she experienced first-hand the impact that pharmacists can have on patient care in an institutional setting. Additionally, Madison served as the Service Chair for Duquesne’s chapters of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists (ASCP) and Kappa Psi and was a member of the Rho Chi Honors Society.

Madison’s primary pharmacy interests are infectious diseases and critical care. She is excited to gain experience as a new pharmacist and continue to explore different areas of pharmacy practice. Outside of pharmacy, Madison enjoys hiking, trying new coffee places, and cheering on the Pittsburgh Penguins and Steelers.


Kyle Koszuta, PharmDKyle Koszuta, PharmD (Acute Care Setting)

Kyle Koszuta, a Billings, Montana native, has always considered his hometown a central part of his journey. He began his undergraduate studies at the University of Montana in Missoula before transferring to Montana State University in Bozeman, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology. In 2021, he returned to Missoula to pursue his Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Montana, officially beginning his career in pharmacy.

During pharmacy school, Kyle was actively involved in several professional organizations, including the American Pharmacists Association – Academy of Student Pharmacists (APhA-ASP), the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP), and Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical Fraternity. He graduated with his PharmD in May 2025 and began his PGY1 pharmacy residency in acute care at Billings Clinic in July.

Kyle’s professional interests include emergency medicine and critical care. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors—whether it’s hiking, golfing, or taking a walk to Softie’s for a treat. He’s excited for the year ahead, aiming to grow his skills and build new relationships.


McKennah MatulleMcKennah Matulle (Acute Care Setting)

McKennah Matulle grew up in Neenah, Wisconsin. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in human biology from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in December 2020. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy where she received her PharmD with a path of distinction in Antimicrobial Stewardship and Leadership in May 2025. McKennah began her PGY1 pharmacy residency at Billings Clinic in July 2025.

Throughout pharmacy school, McKennah served on the board of both the Wisconsin Society of Pharmacy Students (WSPS) and MEDiC student-run free clinics, aiming to increase healthcare access and affordability to community members. McKennah worked at an outpatient clinic pharmacy, Group Health Cooperative, during pharmacy school. Outside of pharmacy school, she volunteered for the American Red Cross Disaster Cycle Services Department by onboarding and training new volunteers to respond to local and national disasters.

McKennah’s pharmacy practice interests include critical care, emergency medicine, and ambulatory care. She is looking forward to exploring her areas of interest and all that Billings Clinic has to offer throughout this year. In her free time, McKennah enjoys baking and cooking, always finding new recipes to try. She also enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors, often bringing her dog, Archie, along for the adventure.


Brock FrickeBrock Fricke (Ambulatory Care Setting)

Brock Fricke was born and raised in Winfield, IA flanked by cornfields on all sides of the one-square mile town. Brock chose to enroll at Iowa State University in Ames, IA (Go Cyclones!) and obtained a bachelor’s degree in biology in 2021. Brock began his journey through pharmacy school at the University of Kansas (UK) in Lawrence, KS and completed his Doctor of Pharmacy degree in May 2025.

Brock started working in pharmacy at a CVS in Des Moines, IA in 2020, and he continued to work at CVS in Lawrence, KS throughout all of pharmacy school. He also worked at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, MO from 2022-2023. Outside of work, Brock was involved on campus as a student ambassador and a tutor underneath the Rho Chi honor society chapter at UK. His academic advisor inspired him to pursue pharmacy residency in an ambulatory care setting, which brought Brock to Billings Clinic.

Outside of the pharmacy profession, Brock spends his time playing chess, tennis, running, and hiking. You’ll likely find Brock at any social event in town. Brock’s professional interests include primary care, pediatrics, and academia. He looks forward to meeting the expansive team at Billings Clinic and the patients they serve.
