Botox® and Dysport®

Botox and Dysport are neuromodulators that contain Botulinum Toxin A, which is injected into the facial muscles of adult patients to temporarily improve the look of moderate to severe fine lines, wrinkles, and frown lines in the face. It is used most often in the forehead, between the brows (glabellar lines), or in the wrinkles found at the side of your eyes (lateral canthal lines or crows feet).

Chemical Peels

Epionce Lite Peel: Refresh

Formulated to improve the appearance and texture of the skin by increasing cell turnover. Lite Peel: Refresh is the perfect “lunch-time” skin freshening treatment. It relieves skin congestion, dullness, sallowness and improves acne with no downtime. The Lite Peel: Refresh has a pH of 2.9.

What’s in it?

  • Malic Acid 30% – Potent Alpha Hydroxy Acid that encourages cell turnover, hydration and reduces problem bacteria.
  • Salicylic Acid 5% – Anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties improve skin clarity and texture by cleansing pores; lipophilic properties boosts the penetration of malic acid for optimum cell turnover.
  • Willow Bark Extract 14.5% – Anti-bacterial and comedolytic properties help cleanse pores.
  • Onion Bulb Extract 0.5% – Anti-inflammatory properties calm and soothe the skin. Contains quercetin to stimulate and encourage the production of collagen and elastin.

TCA Peel

Our Trichloroacetic Acid (TCA) peel is a stronger alternative to our lite peel refresh. TCA is an industry-tested and trusted acid for chemical peels. It's been used for decades by doctors and is often fondly referred to as the gold-standard ingredient for chemical peels. TCA peels are indicated for use on all skin types, whether normal, oily, dry, combo or acne-prone. Our TCA peel goes beyond superficial treatment and works at a deeper level to address the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, skin discoloration, laxity, pore size and skin texture.

Facial fillers are used to restore volume to the face. As we age, we can experience volume loss in the cheeks, lips, temples and under the eyes. Restoring volume to these areas can be achieved with a variety of different FDA approved injectable materials.

The price of filler starts at $325 and can be up to $650 a syringe. The amount of product needed may vary, but we will always work with you to develop a treatment plan that helps meet your goals and respects your budget.

Juvéderm® is a dermal filler (created by Allergan, the producers of Botox®) that contains hyaluronic acid, which is a naturally derived component of the ground substance which serves as a matrix to nourish surrounding collagen. This filler is injected to smooth away lines along the sides of the nose (nasolabial folds), mouth (marionette and vertical lip lines), and smooth the tissue of the oral commissures as well as the cheek region. Injections are recommended every 9-12 months to maintain results.

Radiesse® is a cosmetic filler developed by Merz Aesthetics and is formulated from calcium-based microspheres and gel to help provide the lift needed to diminish signs of aging, such as wrinkles, skin laxity, or loss of volume. Radiesse® targets smile lines, corners of the mouth, the chin, marionette lines, and the pre-jowl area. Radiesse® is recommended every 9-12 months, however in some patients due to autologous collagen production, results can last for more than one year.

Restylane Refyne®

Restylane Refyne® is a specifically formulated hyaluronic acid dermal filler that helps correct the lines that run from the sides of your nose toward the corners of your mouth (nasolabial folds) and the lines that run from the corners of your mouth toward the chin (marionette lines). The unique cross-linking of the gel in Restylane Refyne® is designed to help support your natural expression—for real-life results that help maintain natural movement when you're smiling, frowning, and even puckering up.

Restylane®and Restylane Silk®

Restylane® and Restylane Silk® are injectable gels also created from hyaluronic acid. The way the hyaluronic acid molecules are strung together in these products makes them suitable for both deeper lines and furrows, as well as finer lines on the face including the nasolabial folds, marionette lines, the jowls, and the orbital rim. Results can last six months to one year.

Revanesse® Versa™

Revanesse® Versa™ is hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler. It's used to treat moderate to several facial folds and wrinkles, including nasolabial folds. Revanesse® Versa™ provides immediate results with potentially less swelling when clinically compared to other HA fillers on the market. Revanesse® Versa™ may provide optimal correction for up to 12 months. It's the only HA filler currently approved in the US that's available in a 1.2 mL syringe size. The 1.2 mL size provides 20% more product than other HA fillers, which can be a cost-effective way to achieve your desired results when more than 1 mL is needed.

RHA filler is the only FDA approved hyaluronic acid filler for dynamic wrinkles and folds. Movements like squinting, frowning, laughing, and talking create dynamic wrinkles and folds, and these areas can be difficult to treat with regular dermal fillers because they can give a stiff or unnatural appearance when the face moves.

RHA filler was specially formulated and manufactured to preserve the natural structure of hyaluronic acid, allowing it to more closely resemble the natural hyaluronic acid in your skin, which means you get more natural and beautiful results. There are three formulations in the RHA® Collection, and we can help determine which one is best for your treatment plan and goals.

Sculptra® Aesthetic

Sculptra Aesthetic contains poly-L-lactic acid, a synthetic material comparable to what is used in dissolvable sutures and medical implants and is used to stimulate natural collagen production. This product is commonly injected to several areas of the face to create balance and symmetry.

Sculptra® progressively replaces lost collagen to provide natural looking results that can last an average of two or more years. For maximum results, a series of three injections, using one to two vials of Scultpra®, are injected three to four weeks apart.

Voluma XC®

Voluma XC® is a recent addition to the filler market by a company named Allergan Alloderm. This filler, similar to Juvederm®, is composed of hyaluronic acid, but is further cross-linked allowing it to provide considerable volume to the cheeks. Currently Voluma XC® is only approved for use in the malar region of the face. Results can be sustained for approximately two years.

Kybella® is the only FDA-approved injectable treatment that destroys fat cells under the chin to improve your profile.

Kybella may be right for you if:

  • You’re bothered by the appearance of your double chin
  • You feel the condition makes you look older or heavier than you actually are
  • You don’t want to have surgery
  • You eat well and exercise, but submental fullness does not go away

The active ingredient in Kybella is synthetic deoxycholic acid. Deoxycholic acid is a naturally occurring molecule in the body that aids in the breakdown and absorption of dietary fat. When injected into the fat beneath the chin, Kybella destroys fat cells, resulting in a noticeable reduction in fullness under the chin. Once destroyed, these cells can no longer store or accumulate fat, so further treatment is not expected once you reach your desired aesthetic goal.

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)

PRP is a highly sought-after non-surgical procedure for facial and skin rejuvenation. PRP therapy uses your own blood platelets to stimulate new cell growth, helping to improve skin’s complexion, texture and restore lost facial volume.

How PRP is Made

Blood is mainly liquid, called plasma, but it also contains small solid components such as red cells, white cells and platelets. Platelets are most commonly known for their importance in clotting blood, but they also contain hundreds of proteins called growth factors. These growth factors play an essential role in the process of healing.

PRP is plasma with a much higher concentration of platelets than what’s typically found in blood. Normal blood contains about 6% platelets and at least 7 growth factors, whereas PRP contains a concentration of 94% platelets. When compared to normal blood, the increased concentration of platelets increases the number of growth factors and cytokines by 5 to 10 times. PRP is thus said to stimulate cellular proliferation and tissue regeneration to dramatically accelerate healing.

To develop PRP, blood is first drawn from a patient’s arm and put into a specially developed, FDA Approved, device and placed into a centrifuge and spun at a certain RPM. This process is called centrifugation and in doing so the platelets are separated from other blood cells and their concentration is increased. The resulting blood has distinct components of Red Blood Cells (RBC), Normal Plasma (PPP) and Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP).

The PRP portion of the blood is then separated and can be used in a variety of ways, such as injections or topical application. The use of PRP increases the amount of soft tissue generation, such as collagen.

Benefits of PRP

A benefit of PRP is that it’s naturally sourced from the patient’s own body and therefore there is no risk of allergic reaction, rejection or infection. Instead, the body is enabled to heal itself naturally.

The application of these nutrient-rich cells accelerates the normal healing process and aids in the production of new collagen. This helps restore and enhance skin regions that require volume, and improves its texture and tone considerably. The treatment will leave the patient looking more youthful and rejuvenated.

PRP is a 100% safe and natural way to dramatically decrease downtime after cosmetic procedures and at the same time optimize results.

When PRP is Used

PRP is used in conjunction with procedures for:

  • Wrinkle improvement - Fine wrinkles, eye wrinkles, wrinkles around mouth, forehead wrinkles, wrinkles around ears.
  • Skin pores and elasticity - reduction of skin pore size, improvement in skin elasticity and skin toning and tightening.
  • Skin pigmentation disorders - hyper-pigmentation, freckles and skin blemishes, rosacea
  • Mild collagen and volume loss
  • Crow’s feet, under eye puffiness and dark under-eye circles
  • Scarring - facial scars, acne scars, cesarean scars, stretch marks
  • Chest and décolleté

Other applications include improvement in hair loss, chapped skin, burn wound, dark circle, etc.

Microneedling creates invisible micro-perforations in the skin and the top layer of the dermis. As a result, the skin utilizes its natural repair mechanism to begin producing collagen and elastin to repair these micro-perforations.

The self-repairing property of the skin is an all-natural form of skin renewal. Treated skin will become firmer and regain elasticity and fine lines and wrinkles will be visibly reduced. Microneedling also helps to shrink pore size, stimulate circulation and improve the overall condition of the skin.
