SameDay Care offers care for flu, coughs, colds, sprains, ear aches, sore throats, and other minor illnesses and injuries. On site x-ray and 24 hour lab access is available, plus the added resources of over 50 specialty departments of the Billings Clinic. Choose an option below that's closest to your location.

• Same-Day Pediatric Appointments (Downtown Billings): To reduce the number of people in the Downtown Pediatrics Department waiting room, we are not accepting walk-in patients at this time. Please call 406-238-5097 to schedule an appointment.

Virtual Care Options

Billings Clinic is continuously innovating the way we deliver health care. We have several virtual care opportunities available for you to receive care online for minor medical issues as well as to continue your relationship with your primary and specialty care providers. Technical assistance is available at 406-435-1108 from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday to help you have a successful visit.
