Sports Specific Training
Sports Specific Training provides progressive training tailored to each athlete’s needs. Our mission is to create faster, more agile, more explosive athletes through teaching proper movement patterns for running, changing direction, and jumping.
There are certain attributes that every athlete in every sport needs: lower body explosiveness, first step quickness, agile footwork, speed endurance, strength and balance, flexibility through a full range of motion, a powerful core, and rapid reactions for changing directions. We train to maximize all of these strengths and capabilities in every athlete.
Using evidence-based training methods to provide maximal results to participants, we make sure every athlete enhances movements performed most in their respective sports. Our collective goal is to train athletes to become powerful, efficient, and injury resistant.

Our qualified staff can design a customized athletic enhancement program that fits your facility's own equipment and special needs. Sports Performance camps are customized and offered at the respective schools throughout the summer for athletes ranging from 7th grade to college.
